2024 - 2025 Registration Information

Required Documents

Please have photos/scanned copies ready of your:

Player's Birth Certificate
Parent/Guardian's Proof of Address
Parent/Guardian's 2023 Notice of Assessment or 2024 EIA Budget Letter if applying for subsidy.

Registration Dates

Returning players: Week 1 (July 16 - 21, 2024).
Returning and new players within North End/Central: Weeks 2 & 3 (July 22 - Aug 4, 2024).
New players outside catchment: Week 4 (Aug 5 - Sep 4, 2024).
Registrations close: September 4, 2024.

Players must live within the catchment area, or apply for an exemption from Hockey Winnipeg.

Registration Fees

Registration fees for the upcoming 2024-25 season are determined by Seven Oaks Minor Hockey Association.

Please note the following important details:

Payment Queries: For any questions regarding payment or if you have an outstanding balance from last season, please contact Quinton at quinton.d@masrc.com.
Fee Deadline: The deadline for payment of registration fees is September 4th, 2024. Full payment is required unless alternate arrangements are made.
Subsidy Applicants: Applicants receiving subsidies must pay 10% of the total registration fee by September 4th, 2024.

U11 (2014 & 2015)	$740.00
U13 (2012 & 2013)	$750.00
U15 (2010 & 2011)	$760.00

Registration Forms

Birth years are listed with the corresponding team below. Ex: If your player was born between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2015, you would register them for the U11 team.
