Welcome to North End Hockey! Formerly known as the North End Hockey Program (NEHP), this initiative provides youth aged 5 to 15 in Winnipeg's North End and Central areas with the opportunity to play organized hockey, regardless of their background. The program is designed to support children with financial need, offering access to equipment, coaching, and a positive, team-focused environment. Teams participate within the Seven Oaks Minor Hockey Association as the "Central Storm".
Through North End Hockey, young players not only develop their hockey skills, but also build important life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and confidence. Our goal is to ensure that all children in the North End have the chance to participate in the sport, fostering community and personal growth both on and off the ice.

We acknowledge that the Manitoba Aboriginal Sports & Recreation Council Inc. (MASRC) operates on the ancestral lands covered by Treaty 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 10, as well as the lands of the unsigned Dakota Nations. As an Indigenous organization, the MASRC is committed to advancing the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada's Calls to Action #87 - 91, which highlight the role of sports and recreation as tools for empowerment and reconciliation with Indigenous communities.
