The Manitoba Aboriginal Sports & Recreation Council (MASRC) is now accepting applications from Indigenous coaches for coaching positions with Team Manitoba Male - 2024 NAHC. Team Manitoba Male will consist of one team comprised of players between the ages of 14-18. The Male team is currently in need of 1 (one) Head Coach and 1 (one) Assistant Coach, and will join the other Assistant Coach, Team Manager, and Trainer to complete the Male Team Staff.

The successful coaches will work with the Team Manager and the MASRC's NAHC committee to train and guide of athletes attending the Championships. Selected coaches must be able to attend all scheduled practices as decided upon between the Team Staff and be available to travel and attend the Championships May 5-13, 2024.
Coaching staff are required to abide by the policies, rules and regulations, and other guidelines established by the MASRC, the Aboriginal Sport Circle, and the respective NAHC Host.
All coaching staff must take the Aboriginal Coaching Modules course, and must be able to provide satisfactory Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks prior to the event. All positions are done on a volunteer basis (not paid).
